Holds multiple patents in predictive systems and anticipatory delivery. Published researcher in autonomous fault mitigation and real-time systems.

AI Engineer
Specializes in large language model fine-tuning, multi-agent architectures, and inference pipeline optimization. Builds the AI infrastructure that powers portfolio company products.
Full-Stack Engineer
Production-grade systems across Go, Python, TypeScript, and Rust. Handles cloud architecture, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and real-time data infrastructure for studio-built companies.
Operations
Head of Marketing & Growth
Leads brand strategy, performance marketing, and growth operations across all portfolio companies. Previously directed digital acquisition at a Series B e-commerce platform in Istanbul, scaling monthly active users from 200K to 2.4M. Runs paid channels, content pipelines, and product-led growth experiments for studio-built products.
General Counsel
Manages all legal operations including fund formation, SAFE and convertible note agreements, IP protection, and cross-border regulatory compliance. Previously practiced venture capital law at a top-tier firm in Seattle, advising on over 80 early-stage transactions. Licensed in Washington State and admitted to practice before the USPTO.
Head of Finance
Oversees fund accounting, financial modeling, treasury management, and tax planning across US and Turkish entities. CPA with seven years at a Big Four firm auditing venture capital and private equity funds. Builds the financial infrastructure that supports portfolio companies from incorporation through exit.
Head of Talent & People
Designs hiring pipelines, compensation frameworks, and organizational structures for portfolio companies scaling from founder-stage to Series A. Previously built the talent function at a YC-backed startup from 8 to 120 employees. Manages the Fluxa talent network connecting senior engineers, designers, and operators with studio companies.
